A Beautiful Blog About Jacket Design

Here’s a treat: Caustic Cover Critic, a blog full of pictures of beautiful book jackets alongside articles which discuss how the designs were created, interviews with notable designers, and all sorts of other glorious stuff.

I particularly like the photographs in this piece which show the construction of the jacket design for Puffin By Design, shown left. Lovely stuff.

Indeed an excellent treat on the development of an excellent cover – ‘Puffin by Design.’ Missed it the first time around so thank you for highlighting it again. This really is a very informative site. Thank you.
